AirTrack specialises in the new CAASM - Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management- category as defined by Gartner. CAASM identifies gaps in coverage of security tooling across endpoints, and anomalies in IT Operational data through: 1. Understanding all assets (internal & external) through API integrations with existing tools, 2. Allowing dynamic querying against aggregated, consolidated and normalised data, 3. Identify the priority and scope of vulnerabilities / gaps in security controls, and 4. Offer actional data to remediate issues. Beyond just Security, AirTrack removes arguments across IT teams around "whose data is correct" for each platform or application. We passively collect data from each source, then normalise, clean and rationalise this into the 'golden record' such that IT leaders can understand gaps and anomalies across the operational data for each service. This then drives actionable guidance on how these discrepancies should be addressed.
AirTrack understands the relationship between all IT systems of record, and brings together these disparate sources into a cleaned, normalised and rationalised view such that decisions can be made across technical silos. For example, AirTrack will understand the representation of a Computer across the CMDB, ITAM platform, ActiveDirectory, Asset Registers, TBM platforms (etc.) and be able to reconcile this against the Security tooling. In all cases, AirTrack finds significant gaps and anomalies (e.g. uncovered devices, unprotect access paths), and offers quantified remediation instructions to remedy the underlying exposure
