Castlepoint discovers all data (structured and unstructured) in an environment, and uses Natural Language Processing to understand what information the data/content contains. We help to mitigate cyber security related problems in two ways. 1. We help an organisation fully understand the location of their data and identify if confidential/classified information is stored in a non-secure location. This content can then be secured, reducing the chances of a cyber breach accessing this information. 2. Castlepoint ensure all data in an environment complies with all required regulations. In other words, we ensue data is kept for the required period of time, and disposed when the data is no longer required. As such, legacy data is removed from an environment, so should a cyber breach occur the consequences will be vastly reduced.
