truuth's mission is to deliver the world's most accurate, secure, and user-friendly digital identity services. Our target is to achieve 99.999% accuracy in user identification to mitigate the risk of cyber crimes such as identity theft, breach of personal data, phishing attacks, and man-in-the-middle attacks. Truuth identity services enable enterprises to create more secure and user-friendly experiences for their employees and customers by replacing insecure passwords with any combination of biometrics to login to their services. This is critical because 15 billion personal data records have been stolen over the last 5 years and 80% of this theft has occurred due to weak and stolen passwords. Truuth has developed world-leading technologies that deliver a substantial improvement in accuracy and security of digital Verification of Identity (VOI) and we have patents pending on key technologies including multi-biometric authentication and protection of user biometrics.
BUSINESS SOLUTION
"Truuth solves the problem of insecure passwords by replacing them with any combination of user biometrics (face, voice, fingerprint). Given the risk posed by insecure passwords our initial focus is on use cases that require the highest possible level of confidence for user identity verification and authentication, such as employee onboarding, mortgage applications, and large foreign exchange transactions. For these high-risk events, truuth enables enterprises to digitally onboard employees and customers with extremely high levels of confidence (up to 99.999%). Our solutions mitigate risk from several attack vectors: - Presentation attacks are mitigated through multiple tests of user liveness, that is, that the user is human and present in the moment - Insider threats are mitigated by replacing insecure passwords with user biometrics - MITM attacks are mitigated by requiring exchange of private keys through multiple channels
