OVERVIEW
Teron Labs is an independent security testing laboratory, based in Australia, but with a global reach. Our goal is to provide assurance on the security of products and to help product developers embed security in the life cycle process across a variety of technologies. We have helped organisations around the world to gain certifications, including CC and FIPS 140, in a timely and predictable manner. We work closely throughout the product development and evaluation processes to make sure that your product is able to be certified without encountering any roadblocks. We also provide bespoke security design and testing services based on sound methodological principles.
BUSINESS SOLUTION
ASSURANCE: We provide security assurance testing to answer the question of whether the security properties of a particular product or technology actually hold. We are formally a testing lab; as such, we do our work in a “scientifically” sound manner, so that our results are impartial, repeatable and reproduceable. Products are not static, and so the same applies to their security. Thus, product assurance also depends on vendors life-cycle processes – we help vendors embed security in development processes. COMPLIANCE: A large part of our day-to-day work is certification work to help vendors satisfy compliance requirements. We mostly work with CC and FIPS, but are bringing in IoT and 5G/telco certifications. CRYPTOGRAPHY: We also provide other specialised security engineering services, particularly crypto design & analysis.
