Untapped is an Australian organisation based in Melbourne. We have an extremely broad-based range of activities relating to autistic and neurodiverse employment. This ranges from pathways to employment and ongoing development once employed. Untapped lead and fund a range of diverse activities globally, which includes the internationally recognised Neurodiversity Hub initiative (https://www.neurodiversityhub.org), Australian Autism At Work Summits, consulting to a range of universities and employers, delivering government-funded projects to improve outcomes for autistic young adults, funding and deploying research relevant to neurodiverse employment programs and sponsoring the development of life skills training by a neurodiverse team for use by neurodiverse individuals. We are also advisors to MITRE's neurodiversity program for the US Federal Government.
